Biographical Sketch
Christian Martin-Gill, MD, MPH, FACEP, FAEMS, serves as the Chief of the Division of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and is the Program Director of the EMS Fellowship. He was previously the Associate Program Director of the EMS Fellowship for 9 years. He also serves as the Associate Medical Director for both the STAT MedEvac critical care transport service and UPMC Prehospital Care. His programmatic and research interests include the integration of EMS and hospital systems for management of acute care conditions, prehospital evidence-based guidelines, and identification of critical illness in the prehospital environment. Dr. Martin-Gill is board certified in Emergency Medicine and the subspecialty of Emergency Medical Services.
